Pilot Eyeball POV Mod

My most desired mod would be a POV that simulates real head movement - i.e. Eyeballs located approximately 120mm (5") in front of pivot point. I think it would make a significant positive impact to the sense of realism, especially when looking over the side and back over the tail.

 

 

If this mod is already available please point me to it.
