sand in our coffee mod,missions built around tunisia scenerio plus extra desert missions that work in the correct part of map

install with JSGME taking out any other mods so not to clash

do not use reshade,best player in kerch,coastal and mountain parts of map.

I downloaded this mod . I deleted old Desert War v16,terrain and desert mission files.I activated this mod but hen I select "enable mods"and restart they are NOT enabled. In fact it shows that mods are not enabled at all.

 

Got them to work. Startup. cfg was"read only" file . I changed properties and mods launched just fine.

Note when enabled Startup config entry looks like this.

I just downloaded it, and I don't see any missions.  Is it just for the quick mission builder?

no,some missions are included,they work for me they are in the missions folder

Why can't 1C buy mods like this and make them official?  Seems like a win/win for everyone.

They'd mostly be buying back their own content. It's nicely done, but I can't imagine they'd be able to sell what is essentially just non-historical retexturing of existing maps at the sort of volume to be worthwhile.
