OpenXR with XRNecksafer error (Pico Connect)

Hello friends,

I have a strange problem with IL2 and OpenXR, and I was hoping you could help.
I'm using Pico Connect (from Pico 4) with OpenXR, XRNecksafer, and SteamVR. I can connect to IL2 without any issue, and everything works perfectly when playing online, but when I try to play offline, I get the following error, and the game crashes. I have to exit to Windows and 'kill' the process using the task manager.

Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem?
