I usually am not easily impressed by what a single filter/effect/setting/whatever will do to change visual quality in any games I play, but .. man ... even I could see that MSAA (x2) really pushes things up a notch.

Only problem is that I had to switch down to 80 Hz with my settings on my 4070 Super to get it to run properly  - and that the card is now *really* getting pushed to its limits, even with my additional +165 MHz overclock... 😄 When I tested it initially I was still on 90 Hz and was getting between 81 and 85 FPS in busy career missions (which tend to be pretty demanding on the hardware). So I simply went to 80 Hz.

Doesn't *really* matter as I don't see much of a difference in quality between 80 and 90 Hz anyway... or rather: I don't see any difference at all - for some reason.

I did max out my render res slider in the Oculus App (Q3, ~5400xsomething) and I was running a higher override resolution in OpenXR and FXAA on x4, but switching to MSAA x2 made much more of a difference than any changes in OpenXR or graphics-settings that I've tried. I already lowered override resolution quite a bit, but I guess I'm going to have to reset that back to default (if only I could remember what the default resolution was).
