starscream13 Posted September 25, 2024 Posted September 25, 2024 Hi all, I purchased IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad along with several DLC through Steam, had no issues until today. Today it asked me to log-in to the game, my email address was not recognised and asked me to set up an account, I completed the registration and my account shows no purchases nor the base game, I've logged in to my account through the Steam option, still no DLC or base game. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, same issues. Steam doesn't show any product keys for me to enter on the IL2 website, Is there a way to sync my purchases? Thanks for any support!

starscream13 Posted September 25, 2024 Author Posted September 25, 2024 Thanks for the suggestion, that was going to be my next approach if nobody was able to suggest any workarounds. I'll email support and see what they say.
Aapje Posted September 25, 2024 Posted September 25, 2024 Clearly you've made a new account that does not own any of the modules. It seems to me that you need to get back into your old account. It could be that you made a mistake while logging in, but it can also be that something happened to your old account on the server. Presumably, support can look in their system to see the status of your old account.
