HD.1 First Person Bug

I've noticed that anytime I'm in 1st person while flying the Hanriot the center section of my top wing is grey! Has anyone else experienced this or know how to correct the issue?

 

It happens with any skin, including the official ones. It only appears in 1st person. The Viewer shows all skins correctly, so does the hanger when selecting a skin. The Recording Playback shows the skins correctly when viewing the aircraft in 3rd person, but the issue pops back up when the recording is switched back into 1st person.

 

I have tried verifying files through Steam, updating drivers, switching through several different drivers. I have used as many aircraft modification combinations as possible to see if it's tied to the over-wing gun or something, but it happens even with the aircraft stock! I have no game mods installed at all and I never have. I have not noticed this on any other aircraft.

Indeed, I’ve noticed this as well.

 

There’s another bug with the HD.1 where you can’t get the propeller to windmill again if it stops in the air.

 

Both of these issues have been reported to the devteam afaik.

Thanks for weighing in on this HD.1 graphical issue.

 

Regarding the nose up tendencies, hopefully those get some attention in the near future. I’d pick a Pfalz over a Fokker every time if that can be corrected, assuming it is unintentional/unrealistic.

 

Maybe it’ll get a look after the N28 revision!

It would be nice to have some kind of bug tracker. I can’t really fault the devteam for not opening up their internal one to the public, but what they could do is add a list of known issues with every update patch notes. It will prevent people from reporting the same bug over and over again.

And we would know if something wasn't a known bug, so we can properly report it!

Well, I don't know if this is useful, but I got more evidence, here you can see how all the wing is green, but some reason that middle part looks silver from first person:
