=BiA= hiring Wing commanders!

Hello! 

We as a community are looking for a Wing commander and a 2IC of the wing.

 

BiA is a community that primarily plays Arma 3, in WW2, CW, Vietnam and Modern settings. We have been playing since 2019, and since grew in character and size, where we have between 70 and 85 people on A3 operations. 

 

We have a relatively large number of Arma 3 players that have IL2 and that would like to play operations and host events. We will have all the necessary logistics and infrastructure once we start with this, but the one thing we lack is experienced people that are dedicated to the game, so that is why we are hiring these 2 roles. Later we will be open to recruiting and bringing people to be members and to fly with us, but for the time being, we need to assure a Leading structure and organize all beforehand. 

 

Wing commander and his 2 IC will both have salaries with Wing commander having 100e, and 2IC having 70e. And based on how everything goes in the future, is of course subject to change and there is opportunity to advance. 

 

Duties, in which you will have all necessary support from the HQ to ensure this goes as smoothly as possible:

1. Organizing trainings
2. Organizing a structure and hierarchy
3. Teaching basic maneuvers and procedures(dogfighting, holding formations etc.)
