installing all cities and airfields on the Kuban map

It's been a while since I made a completely new mission on the Kuban map.  I've mainly been making missions on the Normandy map which had all of the cities (with the buildings present) and airfields( with the basic objects present) present in the groups.

Where do I find the cities and airfield groups on the Kuban map?
