New Hard Drive. Controllers wont work. Help!

I had a Hard Drive meltdown. I lost everything on it.
I got a new drive and re-installed Great Battles but I am unable to get my Warthog throttle and Saitek pedals to work. Warthog stick does work.
All hardware works fine with 2 other simulators one civilian and one combat.

When I go to the assignments page, I can select my throttle or my pedals. I can move the controls and they are recognized and set as "joy_0_y" and stuff, but when I go to the plane, only the stick works.
When I try to set sensitivity for the pedals or the throttle, the onscreen graphic does not move.

 

I tried recreating the devices.txt file to no avail.

Please help!
