il2 great battles install fails

i tried downloading il2 game client from il2 web, failed at extracting since i cant send the whole log file im sending just the error:

hi, already done. may i ask you if i need to disable windows defender for succesful install or if run as administrator is enough please.

Shouldn't have to disable that but it also wouldn't hurt to try.

here it says i should disable antivirus since i only use windows defender so i think run as administrator will be enough, also what can i do about ports?
