Invisible planes on DServer

A few people on my DServer can't see any other planes (doesn't matter if they are AI or human) and he can only see his own plane. Other people on the server can see this person's plane just fine. Apparently one of them also witnessed parachutes descending but without bodies attached. The weird thing is that it only happens to the same few people, and if they keep reconnecting it eventually works out... Ports are forwarded correctly and server connection is super stable (1GB up and down). Anyone an idea what could be going wrong?

Adding 1 more thing: when the same people who have the issue use a VPN they don't have any problems...

More reports are coming in, certain people get a black screen when they click on 'join server' and the game immediately freezes. They don't see the 'downloading mission files' screen at all...

 

Anyone an idea?
