Changing resolution to my current Monitor resolution made the game unplayable

My monitor's resolution is 2560x1440. So I set the game at this resolution, but when I restarted the game the menus were outside my screen, zoomed way too much. I cant see the menus. My Windows Scale is set to 125%, maybe thats affecting it in some way? Why though?

 

Re-installing the game right now, 80gb download... Why is this the case? Seriously this game is so poorly made. You need a restart for a resolution change? In 2024? Seriously...

What should my game resolution be to fit my 2560x1440p monitor???? Please tell me, ffs.

I'm using 3440x1440 and it's fine. Why downloading again whole game, just delete the config file if it is mess up, game would put default one in the place. 

Btw I use in game menu scaling to have bigger fonts. 

 

You are right most graphics options need restart, this is meh. I hope Korea would apply graphics settings on the fly.
