Problem with Haluter Skin Downloader

When I try to activate HSD I get a warning that it can't connect to the server.  I was advised that it might be my antivirus blocking it, but I checked my AV program and there was no evidence of blocking.  What else could it be?

That is unfortunate to hear. Are you using a VPN? that can also cause this issue.
