Desktop icon changing?

Hey all,

I recently started playing rise of flight (wonderful sim) and when I first installed it the desktop icon was just a brown plane. After playing for a while I wanted to read the manual, long story short I decided to uninstall adobe acrobat. During the uninstall my desktop icons refreshed and the rise of flight icon changed to the one with the two gold circles. I've seen both icons on other peoples desktops on youtube so does ROF just pick a random icon?

 

Sorry if this is ranty, I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else lol :)

Mine changed to the 1C logo (the gold circles) a few years ago.

Preferred the old one, but it doesn't really matter.
