Why the Inchon Landing is forgotten?

Hello

First, Korean theater is a good idea even if we dream of other WWII theater missing.

Why begin so late? one of the major event in the war is certainly Inchon landing of Mc Arthur  this  event change the war.
I think it's not main missing but

Would require more of the south of the country to be depicted to capture the era, and more reliance on naval aviation I would think.

Plus a lot of ship models to be built from scratch.

If they do Korean war carrier aviation as a follow on to this, and have made the map expandable, I could see that being part of a good follow-up pack.

The short answer is that during this period (Inchon Landing), UN aviation didn't have any air enemy at all (all Korean aviation was destroyed by the end of August, and Soviet MiGs entered the battle on November 1) and were based at airfields outside the game map.
It should also not be forgotten that in January 1951 Seoul was lost again and the UN aviation again moved off the map, returning to the area in February-March 1951. Also Soviet regiments first flew to the Andong forward airfield in early December 1950 but for a long period (which we need) they began to be based there only in April 1951. How do you propose to start a career with such input data earlier than March-April 1951?

Would need carriers and or the coast of Japan, which would make for very long flights if not using the skip feature. As well as a whole different building set.
