I've searched on this topic and the standard advice is just to contact support, but that has failed - no response in over a week.  The issue, however, is likely because the email to them came from my new email account, not the very old account I've used for nearly 20 years that's the IL2 profile account.  I no longer have access to that one - it's a Charter email account, and we moved last year to a new home that's in AT&T territory.  It never occurred to me to change this before moving as I hadn't used the old Charter account for hardly anything since moving to Gmail some 8 or 9 years ago.  I can still log in to my IL2 account and such and play, but I really need to change it - if I have to change the PW for any reason I'll be stuck.

 

How do I do this?  Is there a way to contact support using a message from within the forums so they'll know it's coming from me?  I can prove via numerous methods I own the account - credit cards used for purchasing modules haven't changed.  

 

This is the only game profile I've ever seen where you couldn't fairly easily change the base email.
