Chane mouse look sensitivity in external and cockpit view.

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to set cockpit mouse look speed independently from external free camera. The default external camera movement speed is very slow so I increased the mouse sensitivity. But now cockpit mouse look speed is way to high. Is there a way to set these independently? If so, how? Yes I tried camera controls already. It did nothing.
