I sent an email to support on this topic (no longer have access to the original email address for my account), but I just realized I sent it from the new address so they'll probably discard it.  What is the process when you have a new email account and no access to the old one?  My old address was a Charter email account, and after 20 years at my old address we moved to a new home that's in AT&T Fiber territory.  I'm now using a Gmail account.  

 

Can you send the email directly to support from within the Forums?  Not sure how they'll know it's me.  I can still log into everything, but I'm concerned about buying new content or if I have to reset the PW for any reason.
