Recover old careers after a reinstall

Hi all, I had to uninstall and reinstall the game but after that all my careers have been deleted!

Is there a way to recover all of my old careers?

Hi, nope, if you did not backup career folder before reinstalling, you lost your career definetevely.

For backup you mean copy the career folder and then paste it in the data folder afrer the reinstalling of the game right?

Hi, yes, You can copy (usually) the two files in the career folder in a new folder, placed where you prefer or copy the entire career folder.

I prefer, usually, to copy the two files.

 

If you want to avoid to lost your key mapping, copy the "input" folder also, to avoid remapping all: ....IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles\data\input

Thank you, you were very helpful 😉... I have already done this way but the career mode doesn't work yet, it's stuck in the loading screen by days! THE DEVELOPERS SHOULD DO SOMETHING!

I have noticed that when I create a new career, in the specific and in my case, in Sonderkommando Sperling in Rheinland the game stuck definitively I had to close it with the task manager!

And when I reopen it when I try to enter the career mode it is stuck again!!! IT'S A SHAME, I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT!!! It is been going on for days, I'm tired of uninstall the game again if it doesn't work!
