Xsolla error 3302

Good morning,

Is there an alternative to xsolla?

I am trying to buy Battle of normandy premium and Flying Circus vol II...but I continue to get error 3032 which in the xsolla faq page is reported as blocked account.

I don't know why my account is blocked (I contacted them but still no reply), I don't think I used xsolla for other stuff...infact I don't have an account there...so this is really strange.
Is there some alternative?directly with paypal? 

I have seen that on steam the prices and offers are different (no premium package and just a bigger bundle with things I already own).
