Career Crash

I created a new pilot in the Career section.  When the mission was finished, the Mission Results page came up empty.  Also, I couldn't get out of the page.  I had to use the Task Manager to get out of the game completely.  What's going on?  This is after I reinstalled the sim.

Same issues as me and several other members. Till now, no devs replies to try to understand which the problem is... All is quiet...🤷‍♀️
