Is This an Error in the Default Skin (G-14 "Late War")?

Hello all -

 

Is the spinner supposed to be like this on the G-14 Late War default camo? Seems weird to have the swirl painted over the white/black segments but I could be learning something today!

Never seen this combination in use. It sure looks like an error. Too many layers enabled when exporting the skin.

I think I have seen maybe one or two examples of this, but yea, may be a bug.
