I am having to put alot of trim into the ailerons say 54 on a P-51. Is that normal? I found where to do the pitch, is there one somewhere for the wings?

Roll, Pitch, and Yaw are all tunable on the settings page, and you can customize it for each plane. But I would calibrate by stick and throttle with its software first, you never said what kind of HOTAS you have. Thrustmaster has the utility to calibrate the Warthog Throttle and Stick base axis'

as for other manufactures, you will have to find theirs.

Shouldn't need that much trim.  Is the aileron trim in the cockpit set to zero?

Did you try redoing the stick's calibration in Windows?
