Binding flare colors with flight commands?

Can it be done ? I've had FC since the very beginning , but I've never thought to ask this question until I'm in the middle of a flight and wanted to tell my squadron mates what I'd like them to do ( "V-formation"; attack ground targets" ;" "Go home" etc.,) and them promptly forget about after quitting the sim...So the question remains can it be done and how?

Try it and find out if your stick or peripherals are robust enough software for complex command programmjng.  My razor keyboard would do it.  Take five minutes and try programming it and find out. Worst case you might just need to add both commands to same key but add shift to one of them which would mean two button strokes before exiting.
