Not sure how to handle this situation.

I had heard rumors of speed/acceleration hacks but it wasn't until yesterday that I saw what appeared to be one with my own eyes. How do you report such behaviors? Do you need to film it and submit that or is there some way to do it in game?

Could it have been lag?  Best to report it to the Admin by personal message though.  I suspect they would want a track file?

No public discussions of hacks. If you have evidence of wrongdoing send it to the admin of the server or one of the moderators here.
