I was not able to locate the Minimum Specification Requirements for BoS on your site.

Once this is provided I will be able to make a final determination on Pre-Order.

Thank you!

It has ben said Tons of times that the Specs are identical or almost the same al Rof, they said if you can Run Rof you will tun this too.

I believe he is a newcomer. Your question has been answered mate. Try RoF, since the game engine is an enhancement of that game's. If you can run RoF smoothly, you are good to go with BoS.

Im not sure this is entirely true. I was able to play rof smothly. But BOS lags when looking around fast, and when theres lot goin on around you - planes, ground details etc... I noticed my RAM is a bit low - maybe some more will fix this?

I don't think many around here have a worse rig than mine (8G RAM, i7-920 @2.66, GTX470, Win 7 64) and I can run BoS fine on High settings, averaging around 30 FPS.

However, RoF runs smoother than BoS for some reason.

If recommending due to RoF I would use it as a test in this way

If you cant run RoF then you will definitely not run BoS

every patch is changing things, often a big jump in performance then sometimes a backward step until the next patch improves things again, but generally performance has overall improved with time and updates

No, you can't.

I can run RoF just fine (medium to high graphics, full HD) on my Y570 laptop*, but BoS goes into laggy slow motion everytime there's more than 2-3 planes around (both MP & SP) on low and 1366x768

RoF vs BoS

You run RoF with everything maxed out no issues with running BoS on ultra with cinematics off when in live game.

RoF in medium ? BoS in low.

Why this ? Textures weight more in BoS so GFX memory speed counts a lot.

Should guide your tests in RoF. Stick with presets don't fiddle with the custom settings.

I do :) , believe me.. I can run it in low res, graphics low and Sweet Fx. Is not perfect, but I can run it quite smooth and I enjoy it. I feel it specially even better after this new version (4)

something like that yea.

Stop comparing BoS to RoF you lot.

the factual answer has been provided, and the specs and NUMBERS are provided above as requested by the OP.

No need to Compare title A to title B at all.
