Hey! I'm glad somebody in the IL-2 community found Scramble!

I'm the lead developer on the game and a huge IL-2 fan and player and there is definitely some Great Battles inspiration in our game design.

If you have any questions, send them over.

Demo is free and you can start flying with a single click (Instant Action button). Check it out and let me know if we convince you otherwise

Looks interesting but I'll stick with the Dover series. That explores other aspects of the Battle of Britain such as the Regia Aeronautica and I can also fly the Beaufighter and the Wellington whereas this and many other BoB games stick with the cliché of Spits and Hurris vs Bf-109s, Bf-110s and German bombers.

This isn't really a replacement for Cliffs of Dover. This is a very different type of game. Like a modern take on some of the air combat boardgames of old mixed in with some strategy.

I've not been much into boardgames and the like. At least, not since my younger brother figured out how to beat me regularly at Cluedo. If that sort of thing is your thing, go for it. Clearly not a direct competitor for the live-action sims, and anyway, choice is good.

Reminds me of some of the tabletop Aerial wargames I play with my buddies, looks neat! Definitely will keep an eye on this one

If that game could tech BFM and ACM as flow of correct / incorrect maneuver / counter maneuver, teaching placing lit vector and pulling given amount of force that would be great. This game offer this?
