Torpedoboats torpedoes will never hit a ship

On the Normandy Summer map (not tested other map) Submarines and Destroyers when doing a torpedo attack will manage to hit ships.

Sea state is zero, perfect weather no wind.

 

The Torpedoboats be the 38 german or G5 Soviet will never manage to hit ships. The torpedo trajectories are always a miss. This is true for moving ships or stationary ones and even if the torpedoboat is in ideal trajectory head on on a stationary ship.
