VKB STECS (standard) not working correctly - pls Help!

Hey Folks,

recently i replaced the Warthog Hotas Throttle with the STECS Throttle (standard) from VKB.

 

The Problem:

I can assign for example the Axis for Engine Mixture - the Keybinding works - but ingame the lever does not move at all when i move the throttle. When i press configure axis in the keybindings there is a pointer which indicates the state of the axis but that also does not move when i move the (assigned) throttle.

 

The Warthog Throttle did work fine - the STECS does not.

 

I already read that IL2 has problems assign functions to more than 8 devices to i deleted the devices.txt  in the date/input folder, willing to do all the bindings from scratch. but that also did not bring the solution.

 

In DCS the device (STECS) works fine with no problem.

 

Does anyone here has an idea what could be wrong and can help with some tips?
