Inexpensive laptop for IL2 GB

Hi,

I am looking for a 1920 x 1080 resolution laptop for IL2 GB under 1000.00

One thing that is important to me is a good display with a minimum brightness of 300, not 250 like some of the budgets ones. 
 

Does anyone have any recommendations or thoughts?

 

(Edit — if I get a higher resolution display can it easily scale to 1920 x 1080? - asking because I only play at a displays native resolution and wasn’t sure about how scaling works these days?)

Not sure if this is much help but I bought a 3060 version of this a few years ago and I've used it to run VR without issues.

I think it's only 250 though.

I have used an external monitor at higher resolution too with it without any issues.
