New Key Activated Planes not showing Up

Hey All, I just got a couple more planes at the store they showed as activated when I reviewed them, however they are not showing up as purchased in game. This happen to anyone else?

 

edit: Is there no support anymore? I sent in a chit to support All I see is a Link for the manual

edit 2: I feel like such a fool, didn't realize I used my business email for purchase instead of the personal one I made the RoF account with

Id contact them again and request an email account change or something. They can't ignore a legit issue like this.

It's been a while since I downloaded a ROF plane, but if it is like the FC sim you have to start in online mode to activate new aircrafts, changes, etc.

Double check the user mentioned on the email receipt of your purchase in question which should be the same used for game activation.
 

And you don't have to download new bought contend cause the whole lot is in every game, only what is playable depends on the user account.
