Is there a way to make player vehicles to rearm friendlies?

I'm learning to use the editor recently. I noticed that vehicle can repair/refuel/rearm for the friendlies.

But the player's vehicles are all generated from vehiclefield, its advanced properties can't be edited directly. Then how can the players' vehicle to have the RRR function?

 

I'm just trying to make the mission interesting, let more people involved
