Dynamic Campaign Creation

Hello!  I’m curious, how does one go about setting up and creating a dynamic campaign for a dedicated server?  My clan is looking for resources on how to build this and from research those tutorials and resources are hard to find.  Would it be possible to use existing files for a dynamic campaign and use them?  If so where would I find them?  Thank you very much and fly safe o7
