Haha great stuff! One minor criticism - not sure how many planes were shot down by rockets in WW1. They were used to attack balloons and had a reputation for being very inaccurate. From an action point of view it looks epic though!

They would fire the rockets from close range at a 45 degree downward angle, as that helped with the accuracy. So the attack from the video would probably give the best chance for a hit.

 

But the chance would still be very low, because the rockets took a long time to fire after pressing the button and were very inconsistent in the delay until they fired.

 

So I doubt that the pilots would bother unless they ran out of bullets (or had a jam) and were truly desperate.
