Structure, formation of flights in career mode and order in leading flight substitution.

Hello,

Right now, in career mode there are many aspects of the composition of fighter and fighter-bomber flights that are very different than it was in reality for what I have read, at least in the Luftwaffe, USAAF and RAF after certain point during Battle of Britain. Not so sure about VVS. I don't know if it is because of technical difficulties or any other reason, but I think improving this aspects would be very important for the quality of the career mode. If it cannot be implemented in Great Battles, at least it should be done in the new project.

Although I see that in missions of 8 planes the flights are separed in units of four, perhaps it could be a little more clear in the brieffing. The behaviour could be better too, because the two flights go so close that they look like one. The other is the formation of these flights. In most cases it should be in finger four formation instead of echelon, at least in combat zone. And the distance between planes should be wider in combat zone. The other problem is the position of the planes when the formation is finger-four (in game it is only possible V formation, not being able to choose the side of it). Number 2 shoud form to one side of the leader and 3 & 4 to the other side.

Another problem is when the leader is shot down or has to abandon the combat zone. The next leader assigned is number 2, when it should be the leader of the next flight if there's one or number 3 (the leader of the next pair or element) if it is only a flight of 4.

Are these changes easy to program or there are serious difficulties? Thank you!
