Hello, I have an LG Oled C3 TV and in Windows I have a 4k resolution. This resolution is the one I use for IL2, but on some servers it gives a few drops in FPS, and I wanted to try putting the game at 2k with everything at maximum instead of at 4k with some things low.
Well, it turns out that if I have Windows in 4K and I put the game in 2K, when it starts up everything goes black and it doesn't start. and if I put the window mode the window remains small and does not expand. any ideas?

I've had this issue lately also. What fixed it for me was checking to see if the startup.cfg file is set to "read only" in it's properties. Uncheck the box if so, and see if that gets you going.

There are 2  instances for setting the resolution in the cfg file. Make sure you have both set to the same res.
