Skin Won’t Upload

Hello. Any advice or help is much appreciated. I’m having trouble with skins. I created a skin, and shared it with a friend. We both have the files and are both able to choose them as a skin in game. However we can only see the base skin model when loaded into a dogfight server.  Is there a special file location or is there a file format that they specifically need to be in?  Again, any help is much appreciated!

Have you each got EACH OTHER'S skin in your OWN folder(s)?
If you don't then you will not be able to see something you each HAVEN'T got, if you get my drift.

Nope I understand what you’re saying.  I read/heard that and made sure we both have a copy of each file.  That’s where my understanding ends.  I don’t know if I’m missing something else.  Thank you for replying Raptorattacker!
