T16000M problems

Hi
its been 2 days and I've been trying to fix my input problems on my 16000m
it always been joystick input cannot be recognized,  even though it was fine before.

The throttle input is broken and I fixed it, only to have it the wrong way and my stick not working at all
Rudder pedals not working at all
I need help. I want to play this game but apparently god himself said otherwise and cursed my game

Hey its me again. 
I've just bought the T16000M stick and there's a problem. It straight up doesn't work with this
Basically, the game *only* recognized one. The Throttle or Joystick. Not both
So When the joystick works, the throttle doesnt. Vice versa
I have deleted my input folder, i restarted my computer and unplugged and plugged it back in. Its been 2 days and I have not been able to play this game because of this.
Its so baffling. I just need help please. pretty please

I checked and it didn't work. Strangely its only il2 thats the problem. DCS and War Thunder were the ones that work but not Il2

1. Ensure you devices are connected to a powered hub if not directly to the computer.

It is connected to a usb powered hub. Problem now is that the yaw axis doesnt work

Usually when I've seen this it has been problems with TARGET.

 

Someone was asking about it last week on reddit; do any of the diagnostic steps here help?
