For AMD GPU Users: Perfect mod is back :)

Hello guys

Adrenalin 24.3.1 is working fine with my 7900 xtx and "perfect" mod is available for OpenGl lovers, just check your conf.ini for correct settings (lines ....NV=0 and "water" must be set to 2 otherwise black water glitch)
Have a Gen1 Freesync monitor 75hz and checked freesync out! - using the good old "wait for vertical refresh/sync" and "OpenGL triple buffering" for much more smooth experience.

Can u share your config.ini,....Im cannot obtain good experience from my amd Card.

So I asume the .ini is the cause.
