I think I've seen a few photos of Bf-109Es with mirrors, but that's the only photo I know of a Bf-109G with a mirror. I am almost certain that it is a Bf-109 G-8 of NAGr. 12 that flew photo recon missions from bases on the Balkans. Maybe the mirror was useful to check six when the plane had to fly straight and level during taking recon photos.

The mirror could be added as option in the plane setting before start mission...

I'm hoping the next IL-2 game engine will allow for more field modifications such as mirrors, weight/drag saving options such as removing dive brakes from Ju-88, etc.  

 

I've seen mirrors implemented in numerous planes such as 109, 110, etc.
