Minstrel Posted April 2, 2024 Posted April 2, 2024 Going round in circles on the "Failed to update" error message: deleted the Updates folder, uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times, raised a ticket with support - followed their advice (which is to delete the Updates folder). Uninstalled then run a scrub of all files that the uninstaller missed, manually searched for additional "cling-ons" and deleted them. Same error message every time. "Last Update" Note shows this: Trying master server il2bosrd1.s3.amazonaws.com Failed to download file latest.info (-1: Recv failure: Connection was reset) Failed to send version request to master server (-1) Latest version: unknown Failed to load current snapshot.
