Have you tried starting the game from the launcher to see if you have missed an update?

 

There was a dev blog recently, which usually proceeds an update

Do you have a problem with server now? Some people have a problem with login, only 10% servers in multiplayer are present.

Hi i have problem  installing the game is it possible servers are not working?

In log it gets an error that it cant connect to a server during extraction
