Questions about 1946/COD

I recently got 1946 and CLOD downloaded and running. I'm mostly interested in playing online if there are any servers with numbers worth playing. So my questions.

 

What is the prime time for servers?

 

What mod if any can I install and still play online?

 

Are there mods that improve graphics or is do they just add content?

I can only answer for CloD.  What you see is what you get. Not aware of any graphic improvement mods that are successful and that have not already been incorporated over the years. Any mprovments made to DLC are patched to the older titles. Servers are few as is the regular online presence of others. ATAG events happen frequently and generate a pretty full server for a night.

all of them most stable in ultrapack for online play. B.A.T. Red Core is a good mod from SAS see the guide here
