Thrustmaster Warthog throttle suddenly not detected

All of a sudden my thrustmaster warthog throttle is not detected by the game, this applies to both being able to bind it to a key or axis and therefore obviously when actually in flight.

 

The throttle does indeed work within windows device test or in other flight sims etc.
