Steam linking on Il2Sturmovik and vice versa?

Hy all,

 

As we know when we start game via steam we link il2sturmovik at steam. But if we start game via il2 is it also possible to link il2 at steam?

Looks like Il2 is more stable.

If I understand correctly, you're asking if it's possible to start IL2 via the stand-alone IL2.exe, and also see all the content you bought from Steam? If so, then no, this is not possible.

 

But please tell us what goes wrong with your Steam install, and we may be able to help you with that. Steam runs the exact same .exe file apart from some content linking stuff so in theory neither should be "more stable" than the other.
