BERLOGA Multiplayer - Unrealistic Movement of Player's Aircraft

Hey all,

 

Was in Berloga Multiplayer last night in Kuban in a 109 G6 Late. Ended up chasing a player in an LAGG down to the ground. Whenever he would get slow and I was on him, his aircraft would unrealistically snap and roll all over the place but maintain lots of energy. Snap almost 90 degrees sometimes over and over and pull out front again. like it had crazy rudder and elevator authority that didn't cause any speed loss. Ended up getting a few hits over several minutes and he crashed into the ground.

 

Has anyone ever seen something like this? Is that someone cheating somehow?

Yesterday i was trying out some different planes, QMB generated SP missions, and i had the same feeling, with various opponents at least.

It can be a case of internet fps issue. Ping or something. 
if he crashed he is not much of a cheater. 
while flying in a server the server can have hickups , the player you see have internet issues or you yourselves. 
For SP I have no idea, but sometimes I seen funny stuff but not put anything into it since it is not a continuous problem.

Ok, FPS issues makes sense. I'd see a delayed movement that would look like a snap!

Only played Multiplayer a handful of times and never experienced it before. Thanks for that! ?

I'm not gonna explain the cheat, but there is *something* people can do to cheat consciously, but it's also something that can happen innocently by accident. If it's consistently happening when you get in close behind him, I'd bet that he's cheating though. I've seen people do the glitch and crash lots of times, which always brings me great joy, as they're not only garbage enough to have to resort to cheating, but they can't even cheat properly either and mess that up too.

OK thanks! I went to the chat list after the time ran out and looked for the kill to get the username but couldn't find anything. Don't really know how to use multi-player or chats or anything. 

If it happens again I'll try to switch on recording or just avoid them and move on. 

 

I do have another couple questions though!?

I'd like to try 1v1 with real players instead of just AI all the time. I don't know anyone who plays. I see that there's a 1v1 or 2v2 section for dogfighting in Berloga. How does that work? Or do you have to have a friend who invites/gets invited to go in with you together? 

 

I joined a 2v2 one time to try it and the yak and both 109s shot me down lol. I guess I wasn't supposed to be there.

There's lettered spawns on the map that are dedicated for 1v1s. You have to set the matches up yourself, and can just ask people in the in-game chat if anyone wants to 1v1. Then you two decide your own rules, and organize yourselves. You're supposed to talk to the people before you spawn in those areas, so you may have been interrupting whatever they were doing. To use the chat just press enter, type whatever then hit enter again.

So guy would be cheating on server like berloga ? its practice server, you spawn you get shoot down in min or out of ammo and respawn again, no stats, no point exept quick minedles action...

 

its mor liekly just ping diferance , especialy if hes manovering fast changing directions, game net code cant handle it good

 

your new to mp and if your first tought when see something strange online in this game will be other guy is cheating youll have short time , just wait untill you try more serious servers with so many things going on that pushes game to limit and strange things are normal min by min thing... also just remenber your entering place where players play this game online for 5-10 years , to new player anything they do will look not posible , how he knows i was here, how can he see me, how can he outturn me in he129 and so on...

 

record it next time and check it out, or post it but i highly doubt guy on berloga out of all servers would be cheating lol

You have too much faith in humanity left. I've seen people do it on Berloga and other servers without stat tracking. They're rare though, and I don't want to get in their head to find out why they're doing it, but they exist. I wouldn't be surprised if they're just practicing cheating on Berloga though. I know the difference between normal FM stuff and *something*.

If I see this again, I'll definitely record it. The movements certainly defied the laws of physics haha. We were about 300m off the ground, doing maybe 300km/h and he would snap completely perpendicular to me, then snap straight again, then snap perpendicular, then level out and I'd have to throttle up to catch him again. Almost like his plane was pivoting on the center of gravity and had collective pitch like a helicopter. I'd see straight into the pilots lap, then be looking up his butt hole in a split second haha. The only thing that was not abnormal was his roll rate. 

 

 

That's just what I'm looking for! Mindless action lol. I don't get much time to spend on the multiplayer. Would love to find players for just 1v1 dogfights.
