Female Aircrew modification not working.

Hi all, 

 

In a MP server, we have available the yak1, Pe2 and U2 aircraft. 

 

In the mission editor I've selected modifications 1-6 to be available, and 1-9 for the U2. In the live server the female pilot mod is still locked, is there something I'm missing, like female Aircrew is unavailable after a certain date (our scenario is may 1943)? Everything else is unlocked or locked depending on what I'm putting in
