Delete IL2GB account and only use Steam account

I receive IL2 BoS, BoK and BoM from a friend on steam. It was fine, and fun game. Then I process to bind to IL2 account. The next day after that, I lost everything, I can't auto login by steam account, have to manual log in. In game there is nothing, no campaign, career, all 3 pack gone! I send a support ticket and waiting for respond. But while doing that I plan to delete Il2GB account and only use steam only, that mean only play using steam. So before doing that, I asking for advice, should I do that, or wait for server to properly link account.

 

Edit: Update: I manage to access my Steam account. By uninstall and delete all IL2 file, reinstall and choose login with Steam instead.
