Who has created the P-39 "Pacific Shark 1 P39L1.dds" Skin with the blue spinner?

Hi All,

Does anybody know who has created the "Pacific Shark 1 P39L1.dds" skin with the blue spinner?

I want to use it for my campaign and I would like to mention the name of the artist.

(The yellow "N" is the variable tactical code by IL2-GB, not a part of the skin)
