Is there an 'Improved Gunnery' mod for RoF Single Player?

I see the setting for establishing a server. I was wondering if any benefits from 'Improved Gunnery' can be found in Single Player. I did not see a setting.

Realism option , use the lethality mod without it enemy wings are to fragile and you will cut them like with a chainsaw.
